Emilia’s Graces’s products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness and shelf life. Turnaround times average 7-10 days or less unless communicated to you directly otherwise. Once an order has been placed and is in production, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted. Returns are accepted only when the wrong product has been shipped or the product arrives damaged.

Accepted methods of payment:
Cash (for local pickup/delivery only), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. An order is not considered placed without accompanying payment. Items cannot be held.

Shipping:
Emilia’s Graces’s products are available for shipment throughout the United States. I ship using recycled or repurposed shipping materials to minimize the environmental impact on the planet. Shipping costs are calculated using weight and distance. Tracking information is provided upon shipment and Emilia’s Graces is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will help to file a claim with the shipper when appropriate.
